Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires at least two verification factors to gain access to the Booking Management tool.
MFA improves the security of your data by requiring additional factors to verify that a booking belongs to you. Using this authentication method offers a greater degree of confidence to make sure that only the passenger has access to their booking.
First, you must enter your booking code and last name as they appear on the booking. You can then choose to receive the 6-digit verification code via email or text message by choosing one of the provided contacts.
No, the verification code changes each time you request a new code.
The verification code is valid for 30 minutes.
You can only change the contacts after accessing your booking.
No, you can only have one mobile number or email address to which the verification code will be sent.
Yes, multi-factor authentication is mandatory in order to access bookings via the Booking Management tool.
No, to use mobile check-in you only need the booking code or your ticket number and last name.
You will need to call our Contact Center to update or correct those contacts.
You must contact your travel agency to change the contact number on the booking or to request the verification code from them.
